A Comprehensive National Review Including a Spotlight on 13 U.S. Markets

This analysis covers the U.S. and highlights data for 13 cities utilizing two years of AirDNA data for the period of October 2014 through September 2016. The study involves analyses of the performance trends of entire-home, multi-unit hosts using Airbnb as a distribution platform. This group of hosts is arguably the most controversial on the Airbnb platform because of the resulting intersection of lodging and housing.
