The most exciting change for AirDNA users is that every subscription—including free subscriptions—now provides access to all markets around the world. (We’re not kidding. Every single global market is free to browse.) You can now see critical information for any market in any country, including trends for rates, revenue, and occupancy. This makes it a breeze to compare potential investment opportunities and get the insights you need to make sound decisions. In larger markets, you can also drill down into specific neighborhoods or zip codes (called submarkets) to see which area is best for STRs. 

Remember: You don’t even need to have a specific investment location in mind when opening AirDNA. Exploration is fun, fast, and painless, and new tool tips will help guide you toward the best place to invest.

Make smart investments with AirDNA Market Scores.

Just check out the color-coded AirDNA Market Score wheels (an upgrade to the original Market Grade) to quickly compare potential investment markets. This 0-100 number lets you know if a specific area is a great, good, okay, or bad STR investment area. Submarkets have their own Market Score, too, making it easy to pinpoint the perfect spot within a city for your investment.

To help you further understand the nuances of a particular area, we also measure rates, demand, revenue growth, and seasonal variability as great, good, okay, or bad. One of the biggest questions STR investors have is, “Is this a good place to invest?” We distill the data for you, making it easy to answer that question quickly and helping you easily understand key factors of STR investing. Once you find a good or great market, you can dig deeper into the trends to understand what’s driving that score.

And if you’re looking to make an investment, this can help you decide exactly what type of property to purchase based on what performs best in that specific market (or what gaps need to be filled).

The new Active STR Listings tab puts that information at your fingertips in an instant (without hours of manual research). Sort listings by revenue, occupancy, daily rate, or review count to see the top performing properties in a certain area.

Using the filters lets you zoom in on listings like your STR or that match a property you’re considering buying so you can get a good understanding of your competition and your potential.

Every subscription tier is carefully designed to provide valuable information and actionable insights, starting with our forever free subscription.
