Savannah, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee move up from their #5 and #9 ARP rankings, respectively, to claim first and second place for average yield.

Pensacola, Florida, and Baltimore, Maryland join Savannah and Nashville as markets where investing in townhomes is more financially savvy than purchasing homes through the lens of average yield.
