Hopefully by now you’ve seen some aspect of our new brand – friendly colors, a streamlined logo, or an easier-to-navigate website – via our educational emails or at our VRMA presentation in Vegas earlier this week (slides can be found here, for all of you inquisitive folks).
We undertook this initiative to help our brand reflect the value of our services, and make it easier to continue to scale our products and services for short-term rental entrepreneurs.
Our team spent several weeks interviewing our current, former and prospective customers to truly understand where you see value, and identify opportunities for growth. You all agreed that you rely on AirDNA to help you make smarter decisions, maintain your competitive advantage in the short-term rental market, and accelerate the growth of your businesses.
Taking your feedback and distilling it down into one impactful statement led us to our new tagline:

Our new color palette builds on the blue and orange that you know and love, but in a more modern way. Our new indigo and orange are approachable, warmed up colors that provide contrast against our simplified white backgrounds. They make it easier for you to navigate our site and use MarketMinder to analyze short-term vacation rentals.
Our new logo is streamlined and modern, evoking the traits that we hope to inspire in our clients: innovation, confidence, competitive advantage.
The subtle house design within our logo is a fun nod to the real estate and lodging industries that helped us get our start.
Our photography speaks to the short-term rental experience of tourists and private accommodation professionals – short-term rental hosts, real estate investors, property managers and tourism boards – across the globe. While our business is driven by data and expanded by revenue optimization, at the heart of any solid short-term rental business is a focus on the guest.
