According to AirDNA’s Jamie Lane, the feature could benefit smaller operators by offering perks once limited to hotels, but some hosts worry about risks like fire, damage or insurance gaps. AirDNA notes that while services may appeal to urban travelers, many hosts are opting out to maintain control over their properties.
