Metro Miami overall still has capacity, with occupancy under 80% and nightly rates averaging $200–$250. While the game provides a measurable boost to short-term rental demand, AirDNA economist Bram Gallagher says the impact is “somewhat diluted” compared to mega-events like the Super Bowl.
