Revenue per available rental rose 5.7% to $237. Maui led revenue growth with a 17.3% year-over-year jump, followed by Hilton Head and Charleston, South Carolina. While international demand, especially from Canadian travelers, fell sharply, strong domestic interest filled the gap. Looking ahead, interest rate cuts could drive renewed investment in short-term rentals.
