As Super Bowl LX approaches, short-term rental hosts near Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara are seeing a surge in demand, and opportunity. According to AirDNA, listings in Santa Clara County have jumped by roughly 500 for the week of February 2 compared to the same time last year. The total number of available listing nights rose from 3,200 to 3,700. AirDNA Director of Economics Bram Gallagher noted that demand near the stadium has doubled, while the local growth rate for new listings is nearly four times the industry average. The Bay Area’s Super Bowl may be a windfall for STR hosts once again.
