Using survey data compiled from travelers along with AirDNA vacation rental data, this is a comprehensive rundown of what short-term rental operators can expect in the months and years to come. • Guests are eager to travel again, and they’re spending more
• Guests are staying longer and booking more spontaneously
• 9 out of 10 travelers prefer rural, off-the-beaten-path travel
• 9 out of 10 travelers still prefer domestic destinations
