AirDNA requires users of our Services to be at least 18 years of age (or have the permission and supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian). AirDNA’s website is not designed for use by minors, and AirDNA does not intentionally collect information regarding minors. Therefore, this Policy does not discuss use of our website or Services by minors.
What Personal Information We Collect
You do not have to submit any personal information in order to browse or use AirDNA’s website. Where relevant local regulation permits, AirDNA may share your personal data with selected and relevant counterparties.
When you register for AirDNA via the signup page, we collect and store your first name, surname, email, and industry. When you get in touch via the contact page, we collect and store your name and email; we also store your company, country of operation, and phone number if you choose to provide it. If you launch our live chat function, we ask that you provide your name and email so that we are able to easily identify you, and will store it if you choose to provide it. When you make a purchase, we collect billing or payment information; we may store credit card information and use it for both billing and payment purposes.
How We Collect Your Personal Information
We will collect from you and store your personally identifiable information only when you expressly provide it to us and only for the reasons set forth in this Policy. Vacation Rental Information
AirDNA also collects and stores public vacation rental data collected from booking sites, examples include Airbnb.com and VRBO.com. Vacation rental data is non-personally identifiable and is limited to property, calendar, and host level information about vacation rentals. Host information cannot be used to identify an individual. This data is used to power our services and is not correlated to any AirDNA user information.
How Your Personal Information is Used
AirDNA collects and uses your personal information to operate our website and deliver the services you have requested. AirDNA may use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from AirDNA and its affiliates. AirDNA may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. AirDNA does not sell its customer lists to third parties. AirDNA may share data with trusted partners to help facilitate or perform certain services on our behalf, including: order fulfillment, payment processing, web hosting, web analytics, marketing, customer support, or send you email. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to AirDNA, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. AirDNA may keep track of the pages our users visit within AirDNA, to determine how users are using our website and improve the user experience.

AirDNA gives you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as choice over how we contact you. You may change or correct your AirDNA account information through the website, or by contacting us, and you may unsubscribe from our Services at any time. If you have any problem accessing your profile, or would like to request a copy of your personal information, please contact us. In all cases we will treat requests to access information or change information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
AirDNA follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once AirDNA receives it. These standards are periodically reviewed and, if necessary, updated or revised. Only authorized personnel have access to personally identifiable information submitted through the website. Such employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of this sensitive data. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
AirDNA will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

AirDNA will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may inform us of any changes or requests regarding your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection law, we will update or delete your personal data accordingly.
