According to AirDNA, occupancy for Group Stage dates is already at 7% in Dallas and 10% in Fort Worth as of early December, with nightly rates rising fast. The average booked rate sits at $203 — just 17% above 2025 — but available rates have jumped to $376, with June 13 peaking at $439. AirDNA’s Bram Gallagher expects rates to spike further once fans know which teams will play in DFW. Demand in outer suburbs is also booming, with Waxahachie up 4,000% year over year.
