AirDNA has acquired Uplisting, a property and channel management software provider for short-term rentals. This move represents a significant expansion of AirDNA's offerings, aligning with its mission to deliver comprehensive solutions for short-term rental (STR) investors and operators. Uplisting, founded in 2018, facilitates property management across platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, and processed bookings worth $400 million in 2023. Vincent Breslin, Uplisting's founder, will continue as an advisor. AirDNA also introduced a dynamic pricing feature, integrating its "Smart Rates" tool with Airbnb. This acquisition, following the earlier purchase of Arrivalist and the backing from Alpine Investors, positions AirDNA for growth and innovation in the STR market.
