According to AirDNA, demand for short-term rentals surged 200% after residency tickets opened to non-residents, with bookings rising not just around concert dates but throughout the week. Airbnb searches more than doubled compared to 2024, and interest has extended across the island beyond San Juan. AirDNA’s Jamie Lane says the demand mirrors Swift’s European tour, with sustained booking spikes concentrated in one market for over a month.
