The European short-term rental (STR) market experienced an increase of 24.1% more demand year over year in March with over 25 million nights stayed during the period, representing a 28.1% growth compared to 2019. The strength in demand was reflected in revenue, which rose 44.6% compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the number of available listings in March increased by 10.8% compared to the previous year and remained slightly above 2019 figures (2%). This marks the third consecutive month of supply growth relative to the pre-pandemic period of 2019.
