VP of Engineering
Steve has over 25 years of professional software engineering experience and has worked in a wide variety of industries. He views software development as a creative endeavor and encourages his team to embrace innovation when faced with technical challenges. As VP of Engineering at AirDNA, Steve leads over 30 application and data engineers as they build and maintain modern and scalable products for the business.
Leah Fitz
VP of Finance
Leah brings broad experience managing teams and processes, having previously held roles in corporate finance, financial reporting, technical accounting, and investor relations. She also has extensive experience with IPOs and most recently helped take her last company, Ping Identity, public in 2019. Leah started her career in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services group at PwC and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.

Scott is an Airbnb pro, author, vocal advocate, and industry expert in short-term vacation rentals. Utilizing his 20 years of experience as a data analyst, Scott founded AirDNA to empower entrepreneurs to make the most of the short-term rental market.
